Our aim is to relieve a host family of all possible administrative and financial stresses. Through our unique package there are two payments before arrival of the au pair, a fixed amount per month and a few variable costs (see below).

Screening and selection

INCLUDES

Once-off amount after signed contract. First we come to your home for an introduction. This conversation is free of charge. After an introduction, both parties can decide to continue the process. Following our evaluation, we will send our advice and pre-selection of candidates. Host families can speak to several candidates and when a choice is made from both sides we can proceed to the next phase.

Visa application

INCLUDES

The Au Pair is a recognised member of the IND and can apply for au pair visas. In the portal you can provide proof of the program requirements. An au pair visa is valid for 1 year. For every application, also in the event of a relocation, we must receive new evidence.

Fees are VAT inclusive. Calculated over 12 months it is € 755 per month (€695,25 to The Au Pair and the rest is an average based on the variable costs) There are two payment moments before your au pair arrives: screening a selection and the visa application. After arrival it will be a fixed monthly fee which that includes all expenses including the spending money from your au pair.
